Pure ginger root to enjoy by itself or add to other blends. A warm and soothing herb traditionally used to treat nausea and indigestion. Add to black, green, white, oolong, rooibos, chai, herbal or fruit teas for a bit more zing. Makes a refreshing iced tea too!
Half a teaspoon per 250ml of boiling water. Brew 6-8 mins, then strain.
