This rare tea is produced from select tea buds harvested in spring and carefully hand-rolled into small pearls. Exhibiting good colour and depth with a fresh, sweet after taste. Antioxidant-rich and very low caffeine content.
Brewing Tips: 2 to 3 pearls per 200mls of hot water, allowing room for the buds to unfurl. Infuse up to 6 mins then pour off liquid and infuse again. Up to three infusions are recommended. Each infusion will exhibit its own unique characteristics. Using a small glass teapot or cup is recommended.
